Very handy, but color not quite there yetI really like that the colors are "customized" in that you are not given a higher developer than you need. In times when it's hard to get to the salon, it's tempting to turn to box dyes, but I have always found those cause more damage than is really necessary. The kit does come with everything you need to color your hair at home, but I found the color (medium blonde) to be orangey. I asked for an adjustment, but was sent the same color with more neutralizer, and my hair still looks like it's been in a peat bog for 2,000 years. That said, this is still a better result than I usually had with permanent drugstore dye in times past, and I'm keeping my fingers crossed for my next adjustment. 0 di 0 persone pensano che questa recensione sia utile. Not the colour I asked for!!I said I wanted an ash shade dark blonde. This has made my hair lighter and turned it orange and green at the same time!! ConsistencyI like your product very much and having the choice to customize the color is great. My problem is the consistency. I can't put it on using the bottle method, it is too thick and does not come out of the bottle. So I have to brush it on, which is very hard, if you do it yourself, because you cannot do the back.
