Loved this product!I was very apprehensive about ordering a colour online but Covid lockdown has dictated that this is what I must do! E-salon was recommended by a friend. I loved the packaging, clear instructions and most of all the ease of use. 1st time color at homeWoo hoo no grey-VERY happy with the results! Like everyone, I haven't been to a hair salon in months and my grey was taking over. I've never colored my hair at home and worried about picking the right color & applying it correctly. But I loaded up a photo and went thru the questionnaire and the match was great. The application is a bit awkward but I looked at a few videos, including those posted on this site & also had my daughter help with the back and I'm really happy with the results. Everything you need is included (minus a comb). I also mixed up the color in a plastic tub I had and brushed it on vs using the bottle. They go thru both options in the instructions.
