not the same colorAlthough the product is really nice, easy to apply and my hair feels nourished and well done, the color is a huge disappointment. My hair turned out brown - plain dark brown, definitely not the dark copper I selected. It has some hints of red in there, but only under yellow lights. I haven't done anything in my hair for over a year and a half and I'm just dissapointed that now it looks boring brown and will be a long time again before I can do something else. In my notes I even referenced the model Dominique from your website, which I figure it would be hard to achieve since my hair is probably darker than it should be, but at the same time, the color I chose was definitely red, even a little auburn. I'm attaching a picture of how it turned out. Unhappy with colourI thought the colour was a very good match however it hasn’t covered my grey and as suspected it is now very very white again. I just don’t think it has the strength to cover my level of grey. I did enquire about this. I do NOT want another colour sent via a subscription? This is of no use to me sadly. Please advise? Wow! Wow! Wow!Oh my goodness! I am never having my colour done anywhere except via e-salon again!!!!! It feels and looks amazing! Everyone has commented on how beautiful my hair colour is.
