Stunning natural looking colourThis time the colour was slightly darker and seemed to have more different times but the result was much nicer. Love the quality and dimension of colorThe dimension of color achieved with only my first application on the roots only was astonishing. When I first saw the ad with all the tones in a full head of hair I thought it would take a year to achieve that with mine. Now I see that beginning already. It's so beautiful. Jury’s still out for meThe process of applying the colour was straightforward and instructions easy to follow. The product came beautifully packaged. Initially I was pleased with the colour but felt after a few days the grey coverage of my roots faded very quickly. I asked for advice on Whether I should use the remaining root colour on my hair again but still wait on the response. I will try again on my second colour before deciding if I will continue using this service. Non conforme a ma demandeJe viens de recevoir ma commande, j'avais auparavant précisé que je souhaite modifié la couleur, j'attendais avec impatience un cuivré acajou, je reçois le même qu'habituellement, un chatain foncé cuivré acajou, je suis très déçue.
