Amazing! Better than the Salon!I colored at home during Covid and cringe at the pictures from that time. It wasn't good. So, of course, after Covid i went back to the salon. I loved the colorist and the result, alas, then she left the salon. I was assigned a new colorist who made my hair look like the old "frost and tip" color. It was ridiculous. I paid $250 before tip. I tried so many colorists and it was never to my liking. So I researched and researched and found that eSalon it absolutely at the forefront of home haircoloring. I figured I'd give it a go. Boy am I glad I did. I sent pictures and told them what I wanted the end result to be and my hair came out absolutely stunning. I am so pleased. I have not used the mask yet, but I will in about a week. I loved the packaging of the set, the easy directions and the lack of ammonia smell. It was easy to apply. I used the timer included and all of the gloves. Three sets of gloves are needed and they only give you two. Also, I didn't think about adding hot water to the left over dye to massage through your hair after the color is processed. It was quite a shock with the ice cold water over my head in the shower. Lesson learned. Also, be careful when rinsing in the shower because my tile floor became very slippery. Love itI really like the two colors one for the roots and one for the lengths. I’m so happy not just one flat color for the whole hair. Only thing is my gray kinda turned goldish green but that happens with gray hair at times plus my hair picks up red/gold easily. 0 di 0 persone pensano che questa recensione sia utile. Matched My Salon Formula Perfectly!I recently made the switch to eSalon after having my roots done at a salon, every 4 weeks, for over 15 years. The expense and inconvenience of working a salon visit into my busy schedule motivated me to try eSalon. I am very happy with the products and service I have received. The color is high quality and matched my salon formula exactly! I still visit my salon for cuts and the occasional keratin treatment, but no longer get my roots done. The instructions are very easy to follow and the color looks fantastic. If you're considering doing your own root touch up, give it a shot. Custom Color SetI had asked for the color to be lightened a little. I am a brunette and thought my color was a bit too dark. With the rather unspecific color change request the color was spot on!!! AwfulPlease don’t waste your money. This is probably one of the worst hair dyes I’ve used. The bottles aren’t big enough to do your full head, the dye itself sets on your hair so it’s impossible to massage/ distribute evenly through the hair. 0 di 0 persone pensano che questa recensione sia utile. Produkt ist prima - Geschäftspraxis weniger!Ich habe den eSalon über eine Online-Promotion entdeckt und zu Sonderkonditionen ausprobiert. Eine Einzelbestellung (ist sehr klar und einfach gekennzeichnet auf der Webseite, keine Missverständnisse möglich - Super, dachte ich...) aufgegeben und bestätigt bekommen. Produkt kam zügig, hübsch verpackt mit allem was man braucht. Sehr nett. ABER einige Wochen später bekomme ich eine Email und zeitgleiche Paypal-Abbuchung (die ich NICHT authorisiert hatte): "blablabla, Abo!". Als ich mich telefonisch beschwerte wurde das Geld sofort zurückgebucht, ohne Diskussion - aber mir die Schuld zugeschoben.
