AppalledI am absolutely appalled by this dye! My ‘medium ash brown’ dye turned black, I’ve washed my hair 6 times in an attempt to fade it and now it is patchy and has chunks of black and chunks of a reddish brown. Bottle was leakingHello E Salon I have been a customer for a while and have not had any issues with products until this shipment.
