Great customer service - color runs dark and smell is a bit strongThe package and instructions were clear and not hard to do. The smell of the product is strong and color is almost black instead of a rich brown . Bin 100% überzeugtDas Konzept hat mich auf jeden Fall überzeugt! Der Bestellvorgang ist gut strukturiert, die Farbauswahl-, zusammenstellung, -anpassung wirklich wie beim Friseur. Ich mochte das sehr. Das Paket, das man dann erhält ist liebvoll zusammengestellt, alles sehr anschaulich und gut erklärt. Das Auftragen ist wie bei jedem anderen Haarfärbe-Produkt, ist eben auch ein bisschen Übungssache ;-) Aber das Ergebnis hat mich absolut umgehauen, überzeugt, ich liebe es! Great productLoved it, met my needs and more. Was hesitant about ordering it, but really pleased I did. So pleased the easy to follow detailed instructions and well fitting gloves. Can’t believe I did it myself!!Ok so Covid closed my salon☹️ And I took the leap of touching up my color after much research including You Tube! Did the strand test—seemed perfect! Was concerned I would damage my hair/highlights. Followed directions given, still apprehensive. Amazing outcome! Frankly I like it better than what I get in the salon!!
