Product is Fine. Service Stinks. Overcharged.I like eSalon and the color was good. My hair felt soft and wasn't dried out or frizzy after application. However, all the good things are overshadowed by poor customer service. I have attempted MANY times to have the tax rate corrected on my account, but they refuse to make the change even though I've provided detailed proof from the state and county tax authorities where I live. They are overcharging me 5% on every order. Not a lot, but it adds up over time. The money is less of an issue that the fact that they argue back and forth thru messages and absolutely refuse to correct the problem. Amazing product, I’m so happy!I am absolutely thrilled with this product! I’ll never go back to the hairdresser because even they can’t create such a beautiful and natural-looking color. The results are perfect every time, and it looks so professional. The team is also incredibly responsive and always answers my questions quickly. Ich habe mein Packet noch nichtDie Farbe zur Grauabdeckung ist Klasse. Den Farbintensivierer kann ich nicht bewerten, leider habe ich das Päckchen noch nicht. Hermes ist nicht so schnell.
