UnhappyThis is about my 3rd or 3th ti.e using esalon. They still can't get my colir right. Grey isn't being civeted, they never fixed my old color below ears. Yay!I’m impressed with how simple they make it! My color was spot on, and my results were fantastic. I feel silly for being so nervous the first time, but the colorist was patient and friendly as she explained things. Second bad color in a rowI'm so tired of the horrible colors this company sends and the so called color specialists that are supposed to help you fix their mishaps.
