Easy for a beginner to use.I've been using their custom color set for a few years now. I knew zero about coloroing hair before I started but I followed their easy instructions and have had success from day 1. The product is high quality! it leaves my hair soft and my hair has not shown any sign of damage due to the product. Just... WOW!I am truly amazed by this colour! The formula is superb and having two different formulations (one for roots and one for the ends) really makes a difference to the final result! The instructions are really easy to follow and you get at home the same result you would get in a salon at less than half the cost! My hair have been left super shiny and with so much more texture compared to other DIY hair dye. Custom color - I love it!I'm so happy with the color combination!! I've been more own chemist for years, mixing three colors together, even different brands, to get my color - it's been exhausting. FABULOUSThe color matched mine (darkest brown) perfectly! The application was way easier than I thought (watch the videos or it'll be a hot mess), and the rando gray hairs are no longer! It's exactly my hair color without the annoying grays. Plus, the shampoo and conditioner smelled lovely. So excited that I can do this at home and it doesn't look like I did it at home.
