Fantastic Customer ServiceNot realising I was on autoship, I had to call Customer Service in London, England to stop the shipment and to refund the money that had already been taken. The person I spoke with was Lovely!! He was extremely efficient and polite, a real pleasure to speak to. I would recommend this company just based on their customer service, however, I have to give my colorist excellent rating also. She made a change to my order that was better than what I could do alone. She matched my natural hair color perfectly. Custom made for me!I am dark brown brunette dull hair color but i always loved the hint of copper. It’s hard to get at a salon i walk out as a red head... But my stylist on eSalon has got the perfect shade for me ! I call it mohagany 👍 the only issue is i have dry hair so i do a conditioner packet after the color to give it a silky feeling.
