Fantastic!!I absolutely love eSalon! The colorists always get it exactly right. They are able to precisely match the color I get in the salon, saving me tons of money. The quality is great, and I love the extras they include in the color kits. It's easy to adjust my color whenever I want. Color MatchI colored my hair today, at home, for the first time in many years. The colorist listened well to me, and the results are very good! The only problem I encountered was difficulty pouring the final rinse of color over my hair...it ran down my face, and I got it in my eye. No root coverageReally disappointed with custom colour. No root coverage despite following instructions to the letter for application and timing. Left rest of hair very brassy. Also such a strong chemical smell (ammonia?) DisappointedThis is the second time I give your product a try. First time was not at all what I was expecting. I was in the process of moving city when my personalized product arrived. I packed everything and couldn't find it until now. The color looks extremely faded and I just colored my hair today. So I guess I will redo it in about 2 weeks using the product I buy at Walmart.
