Great products!!!I'm very very happy with the color and adjustments that have been prepared just for me and my specific preference. The initial color for me was spot on, it did darken a bit after a couple more colorings. I chose an auburn color and as everyone knows reds are hard to maintain. I reached out to the support team and they corrected my formula in less than 24 hours, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The BestThis color is perfect for me. I have an outrageous amount of gray and it covers it all perfectly and lasts longer than other color I have used.
