Natural Red headI was VERY skeptical about trying an online hair color dye! I moved from NYC to Coastal NC and was nervous about trying a new hair colorist. As a natural red head it was very hard to get just the right shade by Stacy,(from NYC) got it perfect but, now I live 700 miles away!! So long story short I sent Esalon pictures and my formula a (asked Stacy for my dye formula and number) and tried it. I am really happy with the results. during the summer I ask them to make it a shade lighter and that's perfect too. SuperCette fois-ci, cela a bien fonctionné !!!! Le fait d'avoir laissé beaucoup plus longtemps, cela m'a permis de cacher mes cheveux blancs, même après 2 shampooings, c'est resté foncé. Careless company with exploding products!I ordered black hair dye for all my hair. I was unknowingly sent 1 black bottle & 1 golden light brown bottle. So a week before my vacation i ended up with golden brown roots & top of head with very black waist length hair. Wanted it all to be black. & this was not my first time coloring before. Also before I could even finish getting all the color in, the roots bottle explodes all over my bathroom wall, counter, door, floor & myself from the waist down. THE BEST home colour EVERI have been using box dyes for decades. This product is revolutionary! The system to select your colour is so easy, help is available from your personal stylist if needs be. The packaging and instructions are so beautiful and easy. The attention to detail is insane. Even down to easy open shampoo and conditioner (the times I've been in the shower washing off colour and I can't open the supplied conditioner!) The product washed out easily even with dark down. The results...oh my.. it's multi tonal.. dark brown with hints of mahogany but also ash, and feels so healthy. 30 years of horrible box dies.. this is salon quality at home hair colour.
