Amazing Color!I've been an eSalon customer for years and have requested a few color changes over the years. I am so impressed with all of the colorists! Every time I call and express the color/look I'm trying to achieve, they just get it and they have patiently answered all of my neurotic questions hahaha..... The last color change I received was exactly what I had in my head and turned out beautiful and vibrant. Everyone from the customer service, colorists and shipping departments have always been stellar in their customer service.....friendly, professional and accommodating. Best Color Ever!I couldn't believe how my color turned out!!! I've tried other brands nothing compares to eSalon the color was perfect!!!! Even my sister was impressed on how pretty the color was!!! First Time I haven't seen a Gray Hair in...YEARSThe instructions were easy to follow (if I can follow them, anyone can) and the only reason I made a mess was because I didn't follow that particular instruction about the protecting the area. Lovely colourGreat colour, the first order didn’t really cover the grey, they tweaked it for me and sent replacements. Fantastic service and tweaked one is perfect. Moving towards my my shade goalI had the last shipment altered to add more copper and less mahogany. My goal is to drastically, over time, increase the red in my dark brown with natural red highlights color. Over the next few months I expect to get to my desired shade. I am extremely happy with this product, and the staff that I get to work with when I call in to speak to my colorist. Thank you eSalon. You have one very happy customer. First setJust did my first one and it feels and looks great! So shiny and silky. Added photos today. Love EsalonI will never go back to a beauty shop,I am sooooo satisfied with eSalon! I have used it 2 times now and just did highlights also. So happy with my results! Omg! I love it!
