Many reasonsAbsolutely no grey coverage. I picked a color darker than my current and it lightened my hair to the point of having roots within a few weeks. Exceptional serviceI’ve had three packages arrive. The first colour wasn’t quite right so they changed it for me free of charge the second was awesome! Perfect glossy colour. The way the packaging comes with instructions and they put your name on the bottle. It just felt really luxurious. Does not cover greyI love the customer service and believe colorists are experienced and customer friendly. I tried 5 times and worked with them to change my color. Looking for dark brown hair and grey coverage is not enough, I still see Grey's after following all instructions. I still like to go with them as it is ammonia free dye. The soft black didn’t take or even cover my gray.I’ve been very happy with the colors in the past. My natural color is light brown with gray around my temples. A few months ago, I dyed it ‘store bought’ mahogany.
