Best decision ever!I had previously been spending upwards of $60 each time I would get my hair colored in a salon. Last time I had it colored my roots turned red from an unexpected clash of colors they used. I wanted this red removed and eSalon did just that, from only seeing one picture of my hair! Really close to what I wanted, will adjust and try again!The color was more close to what I wanted than any other time I've colored my hair (both by myself or gone to a salon). I like that I can adjust the color for my next order. I thought it was cool that the bottle showed me what proportion of each color was included with a visual pie chart. I wish these reviews allowed me to attach a pic so I could show you the before and after. My dishwater dark blonde hair is now a golden dark blonde. I wanted it slightly lighter and with less orange, but I like this color better than my natural hair color. The color was easy to mix and very minimal mess. The gloves were nice quality and didn't create friction with my hair (no hair-pulling). The color didn't hurt my scalp as it sat for 30min; that has never happened before. The stain protective stuff you put on your skin smelled really good and seemed to be more than just ordinary pettrolium jelly. The shampoo and conditioner left my hair feeling incredibly soft. I am LOVING my new mohagony shade!!Love the personalized service! LOVE the quality of this hair dye! It's better than any professional hair dye from any beauty supply store! I love the shade. The color is perfect. My damaged hair now feels soft and silky and thick for some reason. Perfect!Red hair is the hardest to get right! But you did it! I finally have my natural looking red color back! Not too bright and not too dark! LOVEI just love my regular delivery of the Customer Color Set. I find the color is perfect for me and I really feel like I am achieving salon quality color from home. So much better than store bought options and only a fraction of the cost of salon servicing. I also love the quality of of the amenities such as gloves, stain guard etc. eSalon service is also fantastic and very efficient.
