Great color!They worked with my requests after I wasn't 100% happy with my first round of color (this time was free) and the color is exactly what I was hoping for! I love that there is the option for the type that doesn't have the horrid smell (can't remember what the ingredient is). I love this colorI had very heavy blonde highlights and I wanted to go to medium beige brown . The color is perfect. The instructions are easy to follow. My beautiful colorThis is absolutely amazing! Sceptical at first, tried "my special youthful color" and WOW Im impressed. First experienceMy first experience didn’t go quite as I’d like. My roots did not hold the color but the rest of my hair did. Alexandria did a great job adjusting the color and sent me a bottle to redo my roots. It worked great and looks fabulous! I’m so excited to cut the expensive salon cost out and the time it took to go sit there for hours while I had it done!
