Waste of timeFirst box I had the colour came out way too dark. That was May this year. Ok, no biggie I thought. They have free colour adjustment. So that's what I did, I asked for more copper, lighter shade. Less brown, earthy, more vibrant. Simple enough, right? Except I waited 5, YES FIVE, months for that "colour correction" set. I just did it today. Nothing's changed. They literally sent me the same stuff as before. I haven't coloured my hair in between, to be able to certainly get the colour I wanted. Yup, not going to happen apparently. I'm going to box colour. Smells more of ammonia, but at least I don't have to wait 5 months and come out with a wrong colour. Gingers beware! sehr schönes farbergebnisIch bin mit der Anwendung gut klar gekommen. Das Farbergebnis ist genauso wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe und gefällt mir besser als bei allen anderen Colorationen, die ich bisher ausprobiert habe.
