Poor grey coverageI was very disappointed with the grey coverage of this permanent color. Color performed more like a semipermanent rather than permanent which I selected to ensure grey coverage. This product covered only about 25% of my grey with the other 75% transparent and clearly visible. Not What I RequestedThis darkest brown color was definitely not what I requested. I had specified that I only wanted a warmer, darker color to cover my grays, but my idea was that I would stay within the same color range of the previous hair dye, which I loved. I just wanted a little more pop to the color. Now, you made the transition from color to gray harder, because I will really look like a skunk when my gray roots come out. The previous color blended better with the grays. For this darkest brown, why would I go through the trouble of getting it mixed in a personalized manner and pay $40? I might have as well gone to the drug store or the supermarket and purchased a bottle of hair dye for much less if I just wanted the darkest brown hue.
