Love itI’ve used the usual drug store hair color for about 5yrs mainly to color grey hair. It was destroying my hair and irritating my scalp. The e-salon hair color product is so much better. I love how it is shipped with meticulous attention to packaging-each product wrapped and/or bagged for an impressive appearance when opening every item. Personalized directions are a real treat. I’m very happy with the hair color, and I know help is always a touch away. I am pleased with the other products as well. The shipping every month saves me from having to worry about “the next coloring”. Perfect every timeI'm still so happy with my color and I just called customer service to reschedule my next order and it was unbelievably easy! Also, easily added color for my ends. Sheesh. I usually HATE calling to do things like this but they made me feel like I can call all the people and resolve all the things! Beautiful color - Simple applicationI am so happy with the results of eSalon’s personalized at home color set. It was easy to use and I have never colored my hair before. Best hair dye I have ever triedI have been trying for what seems like forever to find a hair dye that is the same colour as I had when I was naturally a redhead in my younger years. I have now found it. Even my gray hair has gone. Not sure yet if it will come through again. Only time will tell. Thank you so much eSalon, it is perfect. Had to pay import tax the second time I was sent the products, however eSalon credited the cost to my account. Thank you again. It’s now 27th Jan 2019 and am even more in love with my colour than 6 months ago. I have asked for 2 adjustments and every time the changes were just as I asked. Wonderful!I have spent so much money over the years at a stylist! I decided to try eSalon as I am now on a fixed budget. I love it! My hair is gray and the color works great! I even have some highlights because of the gray being lighter than the rest of my hair. I recommend this product to all women who are turning gray.
