Beautiful colorGreat experience...I ordered 1 level too dark so I contacted cs and they changed my order to dark blond. The color is rich with red and purple undertones. Great colourClear instructions included in the kit, incorporating strand test and skin test instructions, good to know esalon are safety conscious. Easy to follow instructions for colouring hair plus everything provided e.g two pairs of gloves, stain remover and brush for application. The shampoo and conditioner smells lovely and really softens the hair. Really happy with the colour and that Paul tweaked it for me as the colour I had selected was too dark. Beautiful color. Easy applicationI'm sold on eSalon. My color and texture are spectacular. My hair feels thicker, more manageable after using my personalized color mix. Love it!!I ordered my first color set and received it very quickly and in a neat box with easy instructions! It actually has my hair almost back to the natural color. My hair is softer too!
