Good productMy order cam in a personalized box, which was a delightful added touch, the packaging is of good quality and products are nicely placed inside the box. I liked the low odor of the different products. Once applied & processed the color came out very nice, not as dark as I would of liked it, but a nice color non the less. What i was not impressed with was the grey coverage, there is a noticeable color difference where my grey hairs are (much lighter), it does not look horrible, just looks like I have streaks lol 1 di 1 persone pensano che questa recensione sia utile. Stunning high-end resultMy natural hair colour used to be auburn, gold and light brown with bits of dark brown. eSalon has managed to get my hair back to looking natural. Gold shiny highlights and a range of colours and looks natural. Unhappy with how the color turned outI tried esalon because my sister has been using it for quite some time and likes it a lot. If you want a normal shade of hair then I'm sure esalon is fine. However, I was definitely looking for something more vibrant and had uploaded a picture to show my faded, brighter copper color. From the choice of esalon's pictures online it looked like my choice would match the roots I currently had and that I choose a bright enough color. However, my first warning that I would not like the result should have been the email from the colorist saying they wondered if I wanted to go even lighter because they were afraid the color I choose was too dark??? I said I would like the lightest copper possible based on the example I uploaded. The result was my hair went to DARK COPPER instead of light copper and even though the company offered me a free color because I didn't like how my hair turned out I have to strip this color out of my hair because I cannot use a lighter color as it currently is. Now I would like to say that the dark copper is a nice shade, and I've received a lot of compliments, but it is not what I wanted. I believe the colorist didn't include the right developer to lift my color more. The lady that used to do my hair used a higher developer. I know this for a fact because she told me and my color was much more vibrant/bright. Products wonderful! Shipping is slowI am horrible and doing my own hair…usually. But these products make it so easy and the results are fantastic! My hair salon owning friend thinks I’m seeing another stylist and doesn’t believe I am coloring my own hair. Falsche Farbe gelierfertIch habe schon reklamiert aber leider ohne erfolg, ich habe keine Rückmeldung von euch bekommen, das bedeutet dasseSalon keine interesse für die neue Kunden...ich habe eine ganze andere Farbe bekommen, rötliche Farbe hab ich nie gehabe, und jetzt muss ich sehr viel geld bei Frisür aisgeben damit ich wieder meine Farbe habe. ich kann euch nicht empfehlen 0 di 0 persone pensano che questa recensione sia utile.
