Custom ColorI have saved so much money (and time) by joining this plan and coloring my hair by myself. It's very easy, the instructions are very clear, and I have all of the support that I need. Even when I purchased my own color and developer from the beauty supply store to color my own, I did not get the beautiful results (and long-lasting gray coverage) that I get from this Custom Color Set. I am a very pleased customer, and will stay for life! If I had to change anything, it would be the method of opening the shampoo and conditioner. The top that tears off isn't low enough to allow any product to come through easily. I always have to remember to bring scissors to the shower with me for the final step. PS ~ I have been enrolled for almost 2 years, and only go to my stylist for cuts/trims.
