Customer service shipped out a week late then blamed on meI knew I was going to have a tight timeline so I planned to have a shipment a month in advance. My custom color was shipped out on August 28th when I scheduled it for August 21st. Even with the 1-3 day processing time this was by all means late. I was berrated and argued with by an unempathetic customer agent. I’m doing a cross country move and now am going to be 4 weeks past due by fault of esalons logistics. Perfect!Now that I’ve colored my hair a few times I’m ready to review. I’ve never had a color be so close to my own hair color that you can’t see the grow out! looove my custom color setThis color set makes everything easy. I don’t have to worry about mixing the correct amount of developer and color; it already comes ready to mix. Leider etwas enttäuschtLiebes esalon Team Ich habe eure als sehr gut beschriebene Haarfarbe aufgetragen und mußte nach 7,8 Tagen feststellen das mein Ansatz schon wieder ergraute. Hatte mir mehr und ne Verbesserung erhofft im Vergleich zu Drogerieproduken. Den Preis finde ich deshalb viel zu hoch und möchte eine weitere Zustellung hiermit kündigen . A Crown JewelThe price turned me off just a bit initially but then I thought, I would spend thrice that amount in a salon. So I splurged on myself and have zero regrets. The color was spot on and my hair felt like it was resurrected from the dread. I was just looking for a gray touch up instead I got the spa treatment. My hair never felt so soft! The color lasted through many washings I lost count.
