Color didnt match with my natural dark brown color and grays are not coveredI have a dark brown hair with few grays which is the reason i dye my roots mostly without full coverage. The amount of the product included in the set is more than i needed and i put everything in the color bottle into developer i had to use it all at once. I should have combined the color and developer outside of the developer’s bottle. But then i had select roots coverage only so I thought the amount would be customized for that too. I could definitely used it two times then could have been well worth assuming it actually worked. I ended up having a red hue in the roots and where i used rest of it randomly in my hair i have now dark red highlights without any coverage in grays. I added a note and pictures for my second order as I still want to give it a try and if it works better this time i will update my review and continue my subscription. Otherwise i will have to cancel it. Also i added the new root concealer like a powder one with my order which is completely useless for $18. It doesnt stick on the hair itself but the scalp only. I end up having a big dark mark in my scalp while grays are visible and looks so obvious. System doesnt allow me to submit a review for that item.. but wanted to mention about that here as i had high expectations based on its price. Overall the box the set comes in very appealing made me feel very special and the root concealer comes in a high end durable container with a mirror but both items in my order didnt meet with my expectations. If it worked i wouldnt care about its high end price too but if i will end up wasting my time and money without satisfying results then no reason for me to stay as the customer. Nicht so gefallenHallo. Leider hat mir die letzte Bestellung nicht gefallen. Die Farbe war in der Länge matt u. nicht glänzend. Ich habe sie jetzt ca. 2 Wochen drauf u. Einiges ist gut ABER…Ich war von Produktdesign und Verpackung echt angetan. Hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Auch die Beschreibung ist gut verständlich und einfach umsetzbar. Der Geruch der Farbe ist fast schon angenehm und Shampoo und Pflege duften richtig gut. Ich finde den safer und remover der dabei ist echt klasse, ist nur leider viel zu wenig. Was gar nicht geht ist das Farbergebnis. Leider. Ich hab jetzt irgendwas zwischen Dunkelbraun und Borddeaux, unregelmäßig gefärbt, obwohl alles genau nach Anleitung angewendet wurde und Blauschwarz bestellt war. Das ist alles aber kein Blauschwarz. Super schade, denn sonst war ich total überzeugt. Hatte fast keinen Haarbruch…wenn aber halt was ganz anderes rauskommt als gewünscht und das dann auch noch ungleichmäßig..ist es irgendwie unbefriedigend für den Preis. Great coverage for grayI was hesitant at first, but was tired if spending $100+ for highlights and lowlights and still not great coverage for gray. First time I wasn’t sure how well I would apply. Un peu déçueLa couleur est juste celle que je souhaitais mais dommage il a fallu un shampoing pour que mes cheveux blancs sur les tempes réapparaissent et au deuxième shampooing les reflets roux ont refait surface.
