Finally a perfect match.It took a few times chatting with my colorist but she heard me and totally understood. She got me back to my original red. Looks exactly like my red I was born with. Great helpSo I messed up my color and Alexandria took the time to Listen to me regarding my color mess up and explain to me how to fix it, She even laughed with me when I told her my hair was now orange on top and the comments I was getting regarding. You'd look like carrot top and a few others like Ronald Mcdonald. She sent me my color repair kit 😍 And my hair is perfect. I love the color.
