The easiest and the best!I don't have to go to the store to get my hair dye anymore, it is conveniently sent to me in the mail and is on autoship so I don't forget to order. The product is excellent quality. Color matches exactly how I need it. I will be using Esalon for eternity!! Persistence!Really like this color. Despite my hair being mostly grey, when it is colored the golden tones were coming through making it too light after a few washes. I needed to stay in Dark Blonde range, (Browns are too dark) so this change, made in October has really helped. Like it so much better. It took attention and correspondence, you can't expect to hit it right the first time through and you worked with me to achieve this.
