LOVE IT!I absolutely love my new hair color! Thank you for helping me to get it right, finally! The color is perfect and very close to what my natural hair color was, before age helped to make it gray. I was confused at first, as the application process is different that what I was accustomed to, now that I know how, this next time should be a breeze. Beautiful ColorI was so nervous to try this but am glad I did! The color came out so rich and beautiful. It covered great and my hair was so soft. My hair has been blonde awhile and I wanted to go back to my natural dark color, but I have so many grays. My colorist suggested I do it gradually and started me with golden blond. So pretty! The personal touch goes a long wayI just got off the phone with my personal colourist, Berenz, who was calling from Colorado (I live in Canada) to discuss my hair colour. Normally I don't give input or review on products or services, but I knew I had to after finishing a conversation with her. The level of care and consideration is legitimate and incredible. I was terrified of doing my own colour after being pampered my excellent hairstylist. My personal budge prevented me from continuing this pampering but eSalon is just as good and give you all the tools necessary to have awesome hair.
