Super easyI used to get my hair color in a box from the store and it NEVER turned out right. When I decided to try esalon I was nervous if it would turn out the same as all the other brands I tried. First let me say I love the way it’s personalized. The directions were easy to follow. My hair color came out PERFECT!!! So patientI want to thank the colorist. She was so patient with adjusting the color to get it just right. Have a color I love and now I am up to date on using it. Thank you. Esalon just gets meI have been a customer since the pandemic. And I don’t plan to change anytime soon. Just a couple messages back and forth with my colorist, a picture every now and then, and they nail it every time!
