I will never buy any other color from anywhere else again!Not going to lie I was nervous about trying this personalized color. I’m a natural red head but had my hair heavy blonde bayalage and I was ready to go back to my natural! And to my surprise this did it! Woah!I was afraid to try because I’ve had some bad box experiences! The idea of this being custom was neat so I gave it a go. SO GLAD! What a great product!When I first saw the color on top of my wet head I absolutely panicked. Then shampooed, conditioned, and was prepared to run to the drugstore in the middle of the night!. Much to my amazement the color was Beautiful! Your colorist determined that a lighter shade was needed and sent that. I am in love with your product and the new me.
