10/10The instructions were easy to follow & I liked that the kit included everything you would need down to the gloves. My hair felt softer after application, shinier, and I received a lot of compliments on my color. Most of my friends thought I went to an actual salon. So happy with the results!After having my hair done at the hairdressers and spending a lot of money a couple of months ago (my natural colour with blonde foliage throughout) I was really unhappy with the outcome and just wanted to return completely to my natural colour. I bought a drugstore hair dye which turned my hair a light coppery red, not what I had in mind! Anyway, I bought from esalon and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. I don’t think the colour is far off my natural colour and it’s so beautiful and shiny! Not the color I wantedI'm really frustrated because I thought I was getting a personalized hair color, but instead, it turned out to be just a generic red color you can buy at any store. I specifically chose a copper brown color to complement my hair, but it ended up turning my hair red. What's worse is that it didn't have any effect on my roots – they turned almost black, which is not what I wanted at all.
