Pleasantly surprised!I have been coloring my hair for almost twenty years. I only let the salon professionals handle the serious lightening jobs (I change my color quite often). And while this product is more expensive than the box colors, it’s totally worth it. No surprises. No funky colors. Just perfection. My biggest surprise was how the color blended my roots and ends seamlessly! I will definitely continue ordering from these guys (until I decide to lighten again).
