I feel like a person... not an account number!I love that my colorist cares about what I really want... and helps to adjust my color until I get exactly what I want. All the colors can be mixed at differing proportions in order to get the lighter darker or more colorful as you want. I had my favorite box office the drug store wall, but I always wished I could make it a little lighter. Now I can!look GREAT IDEA, CUSTOM COLOR, SCHEDULED SHIPMENTS, HELP, AND SHIPPED TO YOUR DOOR! Its just like getting my hair done at the Salon!I enjoy not having to leave my home, schedule hair appts, spend the extra money and extra time it takes to get your hair done at the Salon! Great Color!I've been using these products for about 6 months now and I must say that my hair looks great! The color does not fade away as fast as store bought products and it keeps truer to color until the next coloring. I am also very satisfied with the gray coverage I get.
