Love it!I love my custom color! I asked for an adjustment and it turned out beautifully. The color is very close to my natural color but covers my grays (I have a lot) and it is shiny and dimensional. I’ve never been good at dyeing my own hair but the instructions make it so easy. Mixed ReviewI had high hopes for this product. It definitely delivered in being the most gentle hair color I’ve ever used. No bad smell, relatively easy to apply and gentle on my hair. However, I was not satisfied with the root coverage. Most of my roots were still gray even after strictly following the instructions. The color I chose, a dark brown/purple tone had way too much red which led to brassy color where I part my hair on top. ReviewEverything I needed was included . There was a question I needed answered during the process and the online chat could not understand. Not a huge issue, but for a first time use, quicker response time would have been better. Top, enfin une coloration personnalisée !Pour la première fois depuis que je colore mes cheveux, et ça fait un certain nombre d'années, je suis absolument ravie du résultat. Le rendu est naturel, les cheveux sont doux et souples et en plus ils sentent bon, pas comme avec les coloration de supermarché. Super Farbe, etwas wenig DeckkraftDer Farbton hat 100% gepasst. Leider haben die grauen Haare fast direkt wieder durchgeschimmert. Eine gewisse Deckkraft ist schon da, es sieht besser aus als vorher. Das Produkt hat nicht auf der Kopfhaut gebrannt, obwohl ich momentan einige Extreme habe. Das ist gut. Ich werde die Farbe im Herbst wieder verwenden.
