Love this product!I have tried almost every brand of over the counter hair color, none cover my grays very well. This product works fantastic and I absolutely love it. They package everything so nicely and great instructions. The entire package is special. You can postpone shipments easily and change up color easily and only have the shipments sent when you want them. Best hair color I have tried.I was very nervous because I'm medium brown and all the hair colors I have tried before will leave a hint of red, even when I use a hair technician. Best . solutionThis was my second package . I have had hair done at beauty parlor and at home with two main brands. I find esalon, fantastic. My hair shine,color is great. Loved the colorThe color was perfect. There was only one negative. My hair is thicker than I thought and I didn't have enough color. I have asked about adding another ounce but have not heard back yet. The shampoo and conditioner was awesome.
