Excellent Results!This was my first time using my custom hair color. I chose my color and they let me know they changed it a bit for a more flattering color and I am glad they did! Perfect colour at homeI love the esalon hair dye. It is easy to apply and I always have enough, I used to buy two bottles of hair dye for my thick long hair. Instructions are clear and easy to follow with good tips and my customised colour is just what I was looking for. Love my color!I asked for a dark brown/violet shade. My hair had been colored in a salon previously, and my ecolorist emailed back letting me know that my color couldn't be made as dark as in the salon. She suggested that I stay with my salon color. Love itI'm really happy with my esalon color; the color is exactly what I've been looking for, for years on drugstore shelves and the coverage is great.
