Problem with the color containerI’ve never had a problem like this before, the container containing the color was the hardest thing I’ve ever had problem unscrewing. My husband tried it and I tried and it won’t budge. We did everything we can think of but it still wouldn’t open. I had no choice but to cut a hole under the container and dispensed it upside down. I was frustrated! I have photos if you need it. I’ve been a customer for awhile and never encountered this issue. Otherwise, I am very happy with the color, timing of delivery and the service. Beim 1. Färben alles gut, beim 2. Mal KATASTROPHEIch habe Schokobraun bestellt, hatte beim 1. Färben ein wirklich schönes Schokobraun und war zufrieden. Beim zweiten Färben: Absolute KATASTROPHE, sie sind KUPFERROT in der Sonne fast ORANGE, bis zum Schokobraun vom letzten Färben. Was bedeutet ich bin ORANGE-BRAUN gestreift: OBEN ORANGE, so gut 10 cm UNTEN BRAUN, ca. 30-40 cm. So etwas ist mir mit der günstigen Farbe aus der Drogerie noch NIE passiert, ich müsste eigentlich Schadenersatz verlangen, denn nun hab ich ein Abo für diese teure Farbe am Hacken und muss zum Friseur um diese KATASTROPHE zumindest ansatzweise in den Griff zu bekommen. Hätte ich durch den Tod meines Vaters nicht so viel um die Ohren, wäre das Abo längst gekündigt, und ich wäre noch andere Wege gegangen. 0 di 0 persone pensano che questa recensione sia utile. Sehr, sehr enttäuschend!Habe für knapp 50€ ein Starterset bestellt. Die Haarfarbe sollte schwarz sein. Ich färbe meine hellbraunen Haare seit Jahren schwarz. Überwiegend mit Haarfarbe aus der Drogerie. Heute habe ich die Produkte von ESalon angewendet. Mein raus gewachsener Haaransatz sieht aus wie vor dem Färben nur hat er jetzt einen Rotstich. Man sollte meinen bei schwarzer Farbe kann nicht allzu viel schief gehen …. bin echt fassungslos 0 di 0 persone pensano che questa recensione sia utile. Sei d'accordo? |
