EASY & CONVENIENTAs mother of 5 kids. It was hard to find time to run to the salon or store when my grays started to show. The delivery service is super convenient for me. As far as color it was okay at first. But my colorists was able to adjust to what I wanted. This product was really easy to use. Smells great!!! The shampoo and conditioner is awesome.
