The instructions are customized and great, everything comes in a tidy package full of thoughtfull tools. I love the color and my hair textureI love the color, my hair texture and the convenience of the color arriving at my door as scheduled. Great customer service as well. However, the grey coverage could be better. I will mention this to my colorist next time and hopefully my personalized formula will be altered to suit my needs. Custom Dark Blonde Hair ColorThe color was PERFECT! found that using the brush, the color went a lot further and it was easier than I expected. This was a first for me , but by following the instructions, there was enough color to cover my whole head. In the past, I've had to buy two color kits.
