The color was good and my hair is healthy and softI like the color. My hair now is very healthy and soft. The last color was good but I am afraid that the next time will get darker and i want to be sure that I will keep the same tone, so keep that in mine, you know what to do. Love!!!This is my new fave color. The packaging is beautiful, the instructions were easy to read and understand and the COLOR!! OMG, the color goes on so easy! Just the right consistency with no drips. I wasn't a huge fan of the shampoo/conditioner but my color came out looking AMAZING! I look forward to doing it again next week! Never going back to the salon for color!I have colored at home for over 30yrs. I've also used the salon. Never going back to the salon. I Was hesitant to try this as I had tried another online company with poor results. This is different. I submitted my photo with what I wanted-and received it! Roots matched the ends-no hot roots or dark ends. Grays were covered. Color was dimensional and vibrant. My hair has never looked more natural and shiny, or felt so soft. No fading either. For my next kit I am going bolder! I emailed questions and received a *phone call* from my colorist to be sure I received exactly what I was looking for. EXCELLENT customer service! Once you try ... you will never go backI've done the expensive dye job in the salon. No thanks! I've done the drug store dyes too. No thanks! Here walks in E-Salon with their amazing products.
