I love itI am very happy with my order. It was great to have a personal colorist (Vanessa W.) and personal attention to make sure I chose the correct color. The directions were easy as was the application. My color turned out great and the product did not suck the life from my hair. The price is right also. Found my holy grail hair color company!So pleased with the results for my spring color. I started off a medium auburn (On accident) and requested a neutral medium brown. There is a slight warmth to my hair still, but the color they made almost got rid of it all. Not to mention my hair feels so much better than before! LOVE IT !!!!!!!I tried this for the first time, and love it. You have your own color specialist formulating your color just for you. If it's to light or dark, she will adjust it to your preference. Very surprisedI ordered through eSalon on a whim because I saw some good reviews and I was tired of paying salon prices. I followed the instructions to a T and when I saw the color on my hair before washing I was very skeptical. I was like this is really red and it's going to be way too bright. I washed and dried my hair and was in awe of the perfect color. My hair looked and felt like I just left the hair salon. I went to dinner with friends the same night and got so many compliments. They couldn't believe I had done it myself. I told them all about eSalon. I'm sold on this service. The sign-up process was easy and very detailed and they got it right on the first try. Try it!!!!!I have been hearing and reading about eSalon for awhile. The products and customer service far exceeded my expectations!!! The color has maintained well and even my hair stylist is amazed.
