SurprisedI have colored my own hair in the past, only to go back to my stylist to have it done professionally. I was surprised how well e-salon's color came out. I didn't even do it correctly the first time. It looks great, natural and I love the texture. I have suggested it to many friends. The customer service has been good too. I don't need my hair color done frequently because I am covering gray, not changing colors. When I got the notice that my second order was coming, I wrote back and said "I don't need it yet" and the representative changed my renewal date for me.
