Poor customer service, impossible to cancelI did not use the initial colour I was sent, deciding instead to go to a salon to get my hair coloured. This company auto shipped a second order despite never asking for this. I tried calling to cancel but the line provided was not in use. I tried emailing but have not received a response so I've been charged and received shipment of a second order which I have no intention of using. This is very frustrating. I'm annoyed to be out of pocket but also annoyed at the waste of having to throw this out unused. Good tesultThis is the third time I used eSalon products. I had noticed last time that although I carefully followed the application instructions the grey was not completely covered. This time I requested a slight darkening of the shade. This seemed to work and I am happy with the results. The reason for the 4 star review is that is is very hard for me to really get to all the grey roots , especially in the back. Farbe war andersIch färbte letztes Wochenende meine Haare das erste Mal mit der bestellten Farbe von Esalon. Ich ließ die Farbe genau eine halbe Stunde einwirken wie vorgegeben. Leider war das Ergebnis viel dunkler als ich es mir vorgestellt hatte. Was mich auch noch störte, war der beißende Geruch der Haarfarbe.
