They send email reminders to let you know when to expect your next delivery. Within the email is also an opportunity to change your color. I highly recommend giving them a try! I love this.Not only is the color perfect, but it's easy to use and BEST part is that I don't have to remember to stop at the Beauty Supply store to buy hair color anymore!
