Easy & great qualityThis hair color is so easy to use, the color is perfectly matched and it doesn't smell as bad as others I've tried. Very Happy with Color and Customer ServiceI was very skeptical about trying something online for my hair, however, the process was very easy, esalon has an extremely detailed and expansive color selection, and the results were amazing from my first experience. I had a lot of questions and customer service was very happy to have a colorist contact me. After a few questions, she helped develop an awesome formula resulting in me having super cool hair color! I had my doubts about home hair colorBut it was wonderful! I literally just saved more than $100 covering my gray at home versus the very expensive salon I have gone to every 5 weeks for the past four years. The color was a perfect match.
