Amazing!!!E salon has went above and beyond! I see why you are rated number one. My first color was pulling a tad red. They not only corrected it but sent it to me for free because it wasn’t exactly what I wanted! Couldn’t ask for a better company to support! Thank you for not disappointing! Love the detailGreat instructions, even a sticker to post the instructions on your mirror. Two pairs of gloves. Dye preventing and erasing gel... just in case... for your skin. I love this product and my colorI colored my hair several days after receiving the order. At first I was a bit shocked at the new blonde but it has aged extremely well and my hair is shiny (yay) and healthy. Asked for AdjustmentsI asked for a little change in my formulation and it is perfect! I have been using esalon for many years and they have always been right on point. I highly recommend Esalon.
