Not goodMy hair is fine & partial gray @ roots Did not cover roots! Left on full amount of time, if not longer. Made my ends tangle (yes it was completely tangle free & brushed prior to coloring) & then lots of my hair fell out. Not for fine hair. And did nothing for greys. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. We have reached out to you via email with more details on next steps and how we can help get this resolved for you. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. Using your product for the first time.It was good to use a product I had more confidence in. The color came out good and I was happy with the outcome. Aucune pigmentation 😢Bonjour, j’ai bien reçu mon set et j’ai effectué ma coloration ce week-end aidée d’une amie afin de faire les choses bien! Mes cheveux sont brillants, mais je n’ai aucune pigmentation ou reflet rouge/ auburn! Je suis très déçue! Avez-vous une explication? Ihre FarbkorrekturSehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich hatte Ihnen in meiner letzten Bewertung schon gesagt, dass Ihre Farbkorrektur an meiner Wunschfarbe viel zu dunkel ausgefallen ist.
