Great coverage and customer service!First time ever coloring my own hair and although it was a bit difficult I did have my daughter assist me so it went smoothly. Very happy with results . I did a root touch up and did pull some color through. Called and spoke with Brittany to ask some questions about my next shipment and she was very helpful. I recommend giving this a try. Great colorThe color looked natural and close to my original hair color. I like it much better than I thought I would going back to a dark brown vs. the black I had used for years. I only used black because the browns always turned out to be anything but brown. I used blacks to be safe. I Can't Believe It Came From a Bottle!After reading all the rave reviews online about the eSalon haircolor I had to give it a try. I just finished my first color treatment and all I can say is Wow! People online were not kidding. My hair is soft, shiny, and best of all does not look like the "doll hair" that I'm used to from my box color. There are beautiful subtle highlights just like natural colored hair. Best hair colourI love this hair colour - I have been experimenting with different dyes for a while now trying to get a dark brown colour that is right for my hair. My hair pulls red and this is the first dye that hasn't had a big red pigment to it on my hair.
