The help and support from the team is second to none, the colour is easy to apply and smells great. Changes to the formula are easy to make and the team check it with you every step of the way.

After working with the colorist this was the perfect color. I was so happy she was able to understand what I was looking for.

This product is the closest that I've come yet to re-creating my original color. It's long lasting, rich and beautiful.

Love this product. Colour is exactly what I wanted and my hair is now in great condition. My only issue is the cost. I buy it when I can afford it.

I was very satisfied...however I noticed a bit of brassiness after a couple of weeks...my undertones seem to be washing out sooner.

This was my first time trying this product. Everything in the box was exactly what I ordered. Put my color on today and it looks, smells and feels great. Much better than the box stuff and cheaper than going to the salon and spending a fortune. I will continue to use this product. Thanks Emily for the personal note.
